Leada gave me an amazing bob from long hair in less than an hour and I’m so grateful!! The consultation was still detailed and she made sure I came out with exactly what I wanted and looking my best. Everyone at the salon was lovely including when I accidentally missed my first appointment..! The complimentary refreshments on offer are also extensive, I spotted Prosecco on the wine list but opted for coffee as I had a 10am appt. Will definitely be back!

I had my haircut today with Ezra and I couldn’t be happier with the result! He listened carefully to what I wanted, gave me great advice, and the final look is just beautiful. My hair feels fresh, healthy, and styled in a way that really suits me. On top of that, he made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I walked out of Cream Hairdressing feeling like a new woman. Lee gave me the best haircut I’ve had in years — it’s beautifully shaped, flattering, and so easy to wear. More than just a haircut, it was an experience: Lee really listened, understood what I wanted, and made me feel cared for every step of the way. The customer service was sublime, and I left not only looking better but feeling brighter and more confident. I cannot recommend Lee enough — truly five-star!

Lewi is an absolute STAR!! I’m so glad I came in, my hair looks so insanely good and I left with heaps of hair care/styling tips to keep it happy and healthy 💫 Getting a haircut from Lewi felt like I was catching up with a long time friend!! I am absolutely in shock and in awe of the team at Cream Melbourne!!!!! After visiting for our first time a few months ago I was so excited to get pampered today before I fly with my two daughters to Canada tomorrow. I forgot to make appointments for my daughters and by making one phone call late yesterday and pleading my case, somehow I was granted a Christmas miracle and the staff scrambled to make it happen!!!! I WILL NEVER visit another salon in Melbourne and highly recommend them to everyone! Trust me you will walk out feeling like a goddess and ready to conquer the world. Merry Christmas guys and please enjoy the sweet treats in your break, you deserve it 🫶

Flew in from a small city after a hair colour experience that went horribly wrong. I was genuinely traumatised and unsure what to expect. From the very first phone call, Richard (the owner) went above and beyond, emailing me back promptly and carefully talking me through how to manage my hair until I could fly in. On arrival, I was warmly welcomed and introduced to Eire, who took the time to thoroughly explain her plan and walked me through every step of the process. She consistently checked my foils and progress to ensure everything was tracking perfectly. Eire exceeded my expectations, completing a full colour correction while prioritising the health and integrity of my hair. Her knowledge, care, and attention to detail were exceptional. The service was finished with a flawless cut and blow-wave. I highly recommend this salon, their care, service, product knowledge, and expertise truly set them apart.
